What's keeping you busy at the moment? I am fine-tuning my practice. I have been in the general field of legal talent management for a very long time. With the publication of my new book, The Lawyer's Guide to Mentoring, 2nd Ed, I have decided to focus on mentoring and concentrate in four areas: professional development, career advancement, diversity and inclusion, and retirement. This last area is relatively new and it is fun to be creating it. I am serving as a retirement mentor/coach for senior partners, and helping law firms design processes to support and facilitate senior partner retirement, leadership succession and client transitions. -
