We are honored to include a previously unpublished 'muse' by Jay Hughes, known to many as the founder of supporting wealthy families across the globe. In this article, "A reflection on the traits and capacities of family elders", Jay explores the important role that elders can fulfil in a family. He includes descriptions to help each family identify their meaningful elders and to encourage their more active role.
