So much has been written about impact investing that the topic might seem saturated. Not so! Bonny Landers, senior client adviser, wealth impact strategy at Bridges Fund Management (formerly at Sandaire), takes a totally refreshing new look at impact investing. Her focus is on the family and how they can all get involved in impact investing, even if they do not use those words. Her article is filled with family cases, from Hong Kong to London to the United States. Her intriguing title, ?Families define impact investing however they want?, sets the tone. No matter how many articles you have read on impact investing - this one is special, practical and refreshing. These are examples other families can relate to. Her points just make sense. Bonny says at the outset that she will give insights into how families are defining impact investing with examples of ?the various ways in which the families with whom I have worked have defined impact investing and what they think success looks like?. And she delivers. The examples are fascinating and inspirational. Family members of all ages will enjoy reading this article.
