Legal Project Management (LPM) focused roles have emerged in major law firms over the last 10 years in response to demands from clients for more visible and structured project management on their engagements. In this article Anthony Widdop discusses some of the change that has already taken place and the work still to do to continue to embed LPM at the heart of a firm's service delivery model. The article sets out a framework to support embedding of change within firms.
