This article seeks to answer the question as to whether identifying someone as the head of innovation at a law firm is an effective way to meet changing marketplace demands and satisfy clients' expectations. It also considers many other issues concerning the chief innovation officer (CINO) role. Part 1 of this article was published in October 2018 and began by overviewing the goals and roles of a law firm CINO.
