At its core, a culture is defined by the shared norms and values of a group of people - the emotional glue of any team culture is its sense of identity and purpose. Culture defines the way you act when no-one is watching, the things you do when there is no tangible reward at the end of it and the boundaries you set yourself. This article looks at why and how our team has sought to define then develop our culture, and the steps we have taken to put our culture at the heart of everything we do.
