The recent Covid-19 pandemic has unified firms across the globe. Whether large or small, multidisciplinary or niche, law firms might have experienced things differently but disruption was felt by all. Now, as we start to consider how the future might look, we are all aware of heightened personal feelings and emotions motivating the choices and changes being made - even at the most corporate level. Across the world law firms are reappraising how they operate and, in many cases, challenging what is really important to their lawyers and support staff.
