In the October 2021 edition of Modern Lawyer, I wrote about how law firms and the legal industry can improve their lateral partner success rates by altering the approach and mindset to recruitment. In this article, I will focus on how the industry can also make strides through a similar mindset change towards integration. Namely, a considerable shift towards the recruitment and integration processes becoming more aligned.
