Facilitation: An emerging skill for legal leaders

In this article I'd like to examine a little-discussed skill that, I believe, will be ever-more critical in addressing these challenges - facilitation. My particular focus will be on facilitating a face-to-face workshop - involving groups of lawyers, or lawyers together with clients.
