Against a backdrop of economic uncertainty and geo-political challenges, it's encouraging that recruitment in the legal sector continues to thrive as firms expand their services and in-house departments seek to build and strengthen their teams. However, with 85% of UK law firms reportedly seeking to increase headcount into 2023 and in-house opportunities accounting for 58% of all vacancies in London during the last 12 months, attracting quality candidates remains highly competitive.
