With the Learning and Work Institute reporting that the skills shortage will cost the UK economy GBP120 billion by 2030, the legal sector is not alone in its struggle to recruit and retain talent. The Institute's analysis predicts a shortfall of 2.5 million of the type of "highly skilled" workers that law firms desire.
