The story of Nomi is a story of inspiration and courage. When Diana ?happened' to encounter a young girl who had been subject to human trafficking, she refocused her career plans and her considerable talents and energy. She begins with her own family history and leads to the successful creation of the Nomi Network. Along the way she has appealed to private philanthropists such as the Carlson Family Foundation. Patrick Gage, the great-grandson of the founder Curt Carlson, has been so committed to his support of Nomi that he describes himself on LinkedIn as an ?abolitionist'. Both he and his mother now serve on the Nomi board.
