Akil Hunte, raised on a council estate near Grenfell Tower in a single-parent household, is no ordinary lawyer. He is a multi-award-winning lawyer, public speaker, socially conscious entrepreneur, consultant, author, and spoken word poet. He is on a mission to help others navigate their own journeys with confidence and purpose. We spoke with Akil about what made him choose a career in law, what inspires him, his journey to create a community for non-Russell Group lawyers, and how he intends to leave behind an authentic legacy.
