Clare Jones is chief marketing officer at TLT LLP, a top 50 UK law firm, and is a chartered marketer with a master’s degree in coaching from the University of Warwick. In her 25- year career she has led business development and marketing functions within a range of international professional service firms. In digital agency roles, she has helped create exciting campaigns, products and platforms.

As the managing director of Coaching Together Ltd, Steve Couch works with senior executives and leadership teams as a business coach. Many of his clients are individual partners and senior teams in professional services organisations. Steve is also an experienced presenter, and designer of business development events and conferences.
Steve’s approach reflects more than 30 years’ experience of providing advice to multinational clients, and, more recently, extensive study and research.
As a PwC partner, Steve led large, successful practices based in the UK, the Netherlands, and across Central and Eastern Europe. After leaving PwC, Steve moved into coaching practice and spent three years working towards a Masters in Coaching & Behavioural Change (with distinction). His research on the behaviours of culturally different members of international business teams, was published by the British Psychological Society in 2020.
Steve closely follows Premiership Rugby and is a keen skier.

Hannah Beko is a highly knowledgeable, personable and practical commercial property lawyer. Having worked as a self- employed consultant since 2012 she works with investors, developers and occupiers on acquisitions and disposals, financing, development, corporate and insolvency support, providing training and support to investors in relation to the more creative property strategies.
Alongside her legal business and young family, Hannah founded her coaching and training consultancy Authentically Speaking in 2016 and works within the legal profession to encourage the improvement of key skills such as stress management, improving emotional well-being, confidence and performance, career decision making and becoming more authentic lawyers.
Hannah is also a podcast host and the author of The Authentic Lawyer. She is passionate about bringing about change to the culture and practice of law.
